Directors of KICT

(1)  Edith SHIH

Ms. Shih is an Executive Director and Company Secretary of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited ("CKHH", whose shares are listed on the main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited). She has been with the CKHH group since 1989, overseeing legal, corporate finance, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance affairs of the CKHH group, with in-depth knowledge of the business operations of the CKHH group. 

(2)  Ruth Tsim

Ms Tsim is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Hutchison Ports. She held senior financial controllership roles in several organizations prior to joining Hutchison Ports in 2001.

She was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited, the Trustee-Manager of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (a business trust listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange) on 1 January 2017; and as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Westports Holdings Berhad (a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) on 16 November 2015.

(3)  Ivor CHOW

Mr. Chow is the Director of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Risk Management. He joined HPH in 1998 and since 2001, he has served as the General Manager of the Commercial division and Chief Financial Officer of several of HPH’s subsidiaries. He has also served as Finance Director of the South China Division of HPH’s as well as director on some of HPH Trust business Portfolio‘s assets‘ board of directors since 2008.  

He became the Director of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Risk Management on 1 May 2016.

(4)  WAN Chee Foong

Mr. Wan is the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Middle East South Asia (“MESA”) and the Head of Group Business Development of PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA”), a leading global port group with port operations in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. He joined PSA in 2012 and bears overall responsibility and accountability for PSA group’s portfolio of operating terminals, investments and expansion in MESA. He supports PSA group in its long-term global expansion strategies, providing leadership in scoping, strategizing, evaluating and structuring potential deals for both public tenders and acquisitions.  

Before joining PSA, Mr. Wan spent more than eight years in Temasek Holdings, an Asia investment firm headquartered in Singapore. Prior to Temasek, Mr. Wan had also worked for Diageo PLC and held various management positions with Singapore Airlines.
