Directors of KICT

(1)  Edith SHIH

Ms. Shih is an Executive Director and Company Secretary of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited ("CKHH", whose shares are listed on the main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited). She has been with the CKHH group since 1989, overseeing legal, corporate finance, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance affairs of the CKHH group, with in-depth knowledge of the business operations of the CKHH group. 

(2)  DIANA LEE
Group Chief Financial Officer, Hutchison Ports.

Ms. Lee was appointed to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. She was the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Investor Relations Officer of the trustee-manager of HPH Trust (“Trustee-Manager”) in May 2016, having been the Deputy CFO of the Trustee-Manager since February 2011. She is also the Finance and Legal Director and Company Secretary of YANTIAN, and serves as a member of the HPH Trust Exco, a committee of executives that determines strategy for HPH Trust. She has held various executive positions at Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (“HPH”). She has focused on the financial planning and corporate finance area of the South China division of HPH, and served as the CFO of several HPH subsidiaries. Since 2006, she has also served as a director on a number of HPH Trust's business portfolio assets. Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Melbourne and is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.  

(3)  MR. FUNG KAM HUNG, LEONARD
Director – Corporate Finance, Group Finance of Hutchison Ports.

Mr. Leonard Fung, Director – Corporate Finance, Group Finance of Hutchison Ports. He first joined Hongkong International Terminals Limited (HIT) in 1996 and has held various executive positions across a range of functional disciplines, including finance and commerce. Before his appointment in June 2021, he was the Managing Director of HIT, CEO of Hutchison Ajman International Terminals (UAE) and Panama Ports Company, S.A. He is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (“CPA”) body in Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Macquarie University in Australia.  

(4)  WAN Chee Foong

Mr. Wan is the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Middle East South Asia (“MESA”) and the Head of Group Business Development of PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA”), a leading global port group with port operations in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. He joined PSA in 2012 and bears overall responsibility and accountability for PSA group’s portfolio of operating terminals, investments and expansion in MESA. He supports PSA group in its long-term global expansion strategies, providing leadership in scoping, strategizing, evaluating and structuring potential deals for both public tenders and acquisitions.  

Before joining PSA, Mr. Wan spent more than eight years in Temasek Holdings, an Asia investment firm headquartered in Singapore. Prior to Temasek, Mr. Wan had also worked for Diageo PLC and held various management positions with Singapore Airlines.
